Pre-order items are not in stock items.  Pre-order items are an item that will be made after the pre-order closes.  Estimated arrival time (ETA) for pre-order items can be found both in the title of the item and within the description.  The average wait time is 6-10 weeks

Pre-order items are charged upon checkout as they are custom made and produced in limited quantities. Estimated arrival time (ETA) is just an estimate not a guaranteed arrival time.  There are no refunds for late arrivals, by ordering you agree to these terms.  Mock ups are an idea for the design. Colors and scale size may vary.    

WHY PRE-ORDER LEGGINGS AND APPAREL

Pre-order items are exclusively designed and produced in limited quantities.  Pre-ordering guarantees you receive the item you want, in the size you want. Quantities are limited and not all designed will be offered in stock once the pre-order closes. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER 

When you place a pre-order, we are ordering this item specifically for you.  With the exception of your pre-ordered item(s), not all items will have extras ordered and carried in stock.  All pre-order cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit which can be used any time at gnomesandprettythings.com
